The mission of our school is to strengthen Sweden’s competitiveness globally through scientific teaching and research. As an exam coordinator at examinations office, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinate the school’s centralized exams.
Job description
- Planning and coordination – distribute exam halls, digital exams, organize exam enrollment, and manage the scheduling of exam invigilators.
- Clear communication – maintain updated and relevant information on the homepage as well as support students and staff with routines and equipment for examinations.
- Administration – process the intake of documents before and after the examination as well as the timesheets for around 50 exam invigilators.
- Interfacing with our digital examination distributor.
- Participating in the development of work methods, routines, and tools for centrally administered exams.
Qualifications
You are a collaborative doer who enjoys working operationally and you have solution orientated focus. You are detail-oriented, take initiatives, and drive processes forward. This includes being the leading force in getting information and people together. You enjoy and have experience in digital tools. Furthermore, you are autonomous and have good communication skills.
Requirements:
- Have experience with administration and find work within administration and service to be engaging.
- Experience in standard computer applications, such as Office 365 or similar.
- Have a great interest and curiosity in digital tools and how those can improve working methods.
- Is an organized, responsible, careful, committed, and skilled self-starter with good collaboration skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English as well as Swedish.
Meritorious:
- If you have worked within universities and/or have experience from your own studies.
- There are periods of time when the workload is heavier; therefore, it is advantageous if you are adept at handling stress, multitasking, and prioritizing your workload efficiently.
- Experience of Canvas and/or DigiExam and other examination tools.

ASR is a department within the school’s Professional Services which works with degree management, exam coordination, scheduling, system support and academic advising to the school’s students. There are 9 people working in the department.
