Recruitmore rekrytterar Technical Sales Engineer till vår kund Novator Solutions



 

 

Are you a strong communicator, goal-oriented and enjoy prospecting? Novator Solutions is now looking for a technology savvy sales engineer to join our Spectral Data Analysis (SDA) department. We are a Swedish company that sell products, integrated solutions, and consultancy services. The SDA department develops products & solutions for the Aerospace, Defense & Government Industry.

 

Your future role:

You work in our sales team to drive the sales of our multichannel receiver and wideband recorder product lines. The focus is on new customer acquisition of customers in Europe.

Working with technical sales you can explain the benefits of our differentiated products to both technical and non-technical clients and perform live demonstrations. You collaborate with our R&D team to develop strong proposals and participate in exhibitions and conferences.

You will:

- Research potential buyers, conduct outreach, and create new opportunities

- Qualify incoming leads

- Identify customer needs and matching solutions

- Conduct product demos

- Produce commercial proposals

- Participate in exhibitions and conferences

- Travel for face-to-face customer meetings

 

You are:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about selling with strong verbal and written communication skills. You enjoy prospecting potential target accounts and converting incoming leads to opportunities. The ideal candidate works independently and has good time management skills with a goal-oriented mindset.

Junior sales candidates which are coachable and adaptable are welcome to apply.

You must have:

- Experience in a similar role preferably in the high-tech industry

- A technical university degree

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Good time management skills

- European citizenship

You should as a plus have:

- Experience from Aerospace, Defense or Government Industry

- Experience with one or more of the following

o SIGINT, COMINT and/or ELINT

o SDR

o RF
