Job Summary
Responsible for actively managing adjoining self storage and employee accommodation facilities in Sandviken, Sweden.
Responsibilities
Management of the self storage facility, responsible for admin, maintenance and sales.
Management of accommodation facilities, responsible for admin, and maintenance.
Inventory management and related admin.
Preferred experience and skills
Sales, advertising, online advertising and/or marketing experience.
Facilities management experience.
Admin experience.
Experience working in a self storage facility.
Basic facility maintenance skills or ability to organize and coordinate maintenance. Basic knowledge related to household maintenance, plumbing, heating, electrical maintenance, would be advantageous.
I.T. skills and competence with Excel, Wi-Fi network administration, security camera systems.
Artistic/Creative skills would be a plus.
Working conditions
We offer free accommodation in our accommodation facilities located in a beautiful region near Sandviken, Sweden.
Full-time employment with a 40 hour work week.
25 vacation days per year
