Storage/ Backup Specialist

Our client is now looking for a Storage / Backup Specialist for their office located in Solna, Stockholm. This assignment will start immediately and will continue for 6 months. As a Storage / Backup Specialist you will for example provide backup to applications, maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and administrating San/storage.

As a Storage / Backup Specialist you will for example provide backup to applications, maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and administrating San/storage.


Minimum qualifications

- Production experience in large environments and large scale migratio
- Deep knowledge in HP 3PAR and NetApp storages
- Deep knowledge in Legato Networker and CommVault
- Knowledge in Cisco MDS storage network
- Hands on experience in administrating San/storage in large enterprise environments
- Hands on experience in providing backup to applications such as Oracle, Exchange and Microsoft SQL
- Ability to maintain backup and disaster recovery plans
- Familiarity with the Disaster Recovery and Continuity planning
- Managed the configuration of the servers and maintained the hardware
- Perfect command of written and verbal English.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience of capacity planning and performance troubleshooting
- Experience of Datadomain and VTL solutions
- Experience of RedHat Enterprise Linux
- Experience of applications (application server, and others.)

We are looking for a person who is autonomous, open and social. You shall also be structured and independent in your work.
