Group Store Design delivers architect and design services to several brands globally. Together with our brand partners, we strive to enable meaningful business growth by leading our industry towards more sustainable and relevant architect and design solutions.
The Analysis & Operations team is responsible for all analysis, operations and system development connected to the Global Store Design function. We support our brands and teams with various types of analyses and insights to enable meaningful growth as well as constantly developing our systems and operational excellence forward. We improve the efficiency of existing processes and systems to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
Job Description
As a System Responsible you will lead and support the continuous development of all retail architecture systems for the Store Design function. As part of our new team you will help us ensuring a strong and professional tech foundation towards our brand partners, securing high qualitative deliveries. You will have a strategic responsibility over our systems at the department focusing on identifying new software development, creating business cases, prioritizing, ordering and implementation of such, globally and locally, to enable better customer experience and operation excellence at the department.
Your responsibilities
Strategic responsibility to initiate and drive system development within the organization, enabling agile, fast and high-quality deliveries towards our brands with focus on identifying new software opportunities. You will create business cases, set clear budget priorities, secure order and implementation in collaboration with our Business Tech function
Project management and cross-collaboration in system development project towards our organization
Plan and perform education sessions for all users based on new software, with the overall target to improve onboarding and overall software usage
Responsible for all development and operational updates of our systems

Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced person within the area of retail system development, preferably with a knowledge and expertise within the architecture field. You are an open-minded team player who enjoys working in an international and creative environment. You are communicative person with a positive attitude, you take ownership of your work and always give it your best. We believe you have:
Minimum 5 years documented experience working within the area of retail – computer science and/or business development
Professional experience from managing software and their lifecycles, including areas of research, development, deployment and maintenance
Minimum B.Sc. within relevant field of studies, i.e. Computer Science, Business Administration, Architecture or Industrial Engineering etc.
Previous proven experience from informally or formally leading others, including developing, coaching and managing people to help them reach their full potential and best result
Solid project management experience and skills preferably within the area of retail and system development
Documented experience and knowledge in how to effectively create process mappings, develop and manage ways of working
Good strategic abilities, i.e. able to define, package and communicate effective mid- and long-term plans supporting an overall vision or strategic direction
Strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of relevant drawing software's such as AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, Bim 360 and 3D visualization software's such as Sketchup and Enscape
Fluent in English
Ability to travel

Additional Information
This is a permanent position with start date as soon as possible based at the H&M Group Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to Head of Analysis and Operations at H&M Group Store Design.
