STORE MANAGER, ÅRE

We are now searching for a Store Manager to our fantastic store in Åre, Sweden. The store is of high symbolic value to us since its located in our hometown and is our first store ever opened. We are now looking for an energized leader to take this store to the next level.

As a Store Manager at Peak Performance, you will focus on the following things:

Operate and maximize the profitability of the store. Make sure that the store delivers a premium level of consumer experience. Lead and motivate your team, in order to optimize the sales and results in the shop by securing professional, efficient and competent store operations. Inspire the staff by contributing knowledge and self-confidence with regard to leadership and sales. Be a store manager who sells and who visibly demonstrates leadership in the store and continuously improving and developing your own and the team’s skills.

You will be responsible for a team of 5-7 retail salesmen with excellent knowledge of our fantastic line of products. The team also have deep knowledge within Visual Merchandising where your role as a leader will be to make sure visual guidelines are implemented and followed. Since Åre is a tourist destination you will need to be a star at planning the workforce in a structured and effective way.

The store in Åre is our heart and soul, our first store ever opened. With this background, we see that one of the most important things will be to make the store a place where we invite our end consumer to our history, community and where our company values come alive. More specifically - you will double as a Brand Ambassador in your daily work.

You will report to our Retail Area Manager responsible for the North of Sweden.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years’ experience within retail and 2 years documented experience as a leader.
- An active leader who can coach and inspire others in the team.
- Can work both independently and together with others to achieve great results.
- Genuinely outgoing and humble towards both customers and employees.
- Have the passion to make this store to your “own"
