Store Manager for Starbucks

The Starbucks Store is located at Stockholm Central station. Starbucks is the largest coffeehouse company in the world. Starbucks purchases and roasts high-quality whole bean coffees and sells them along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian style espresso beverages, a variety of pastries, confections, coffee-related accessories and equipment.

Job Description
As a Store Manager, your Starbucks store will be an important part of the local community. You'll help your store partners to make connections with the customers who they will see every day. You'll lead your store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development. Best of all, you'll help your team to create a welcoming environment. Starbucks is consistently rated as a great place to work and the team there love what they do.

The Starbucks Stores opening and closing hours will vary between 05.30-23.00 seven days a week so you must be available to work between these hours.

Job Requirements
Summary of Experience
Progressively responsible coffee shop experience (three years)
Customer service experience in a café or restaurant environment (one year)
Documented experience in directing the work of others
Experience analyzing financial reports
Fluent in Swedish with very good English skills
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to manage store operations independently
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
Ability to act with a ?customer comes first? attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Ability to create and coach effective teams, team-building skills
Knowledge of the coffee shop environment
Strong problem-solving skills

College degree in business or a closely related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
