Responsibilities will include:
Managing all store operational aspects under the General Store Manager’s guidance to maximize customer satisfaction, employee development, sales and profit
Strategically defining manhours/rotas required, product inventory and layout plans based on sales targets and customers’ profile
Strategically identifying sales targets, necessary stock inventory and layouts of each item based on customers profile and sales targets
Leading the team with high energy, focus and empathy to produce a stimulating work environment for all team members and promote engagement
Constructing individualized development plans, training team members, and evaluating their performance to continuously enhance efficiency and build career for our people
Monitoring shop floor’s standards daily and prioritizing actions for the team to address issues
Managing profit and loss of the store together with the store manager team



Candidate’s profile:
3 to 5 years’ experience with people management responsibilities in retail
Fluency in English is a must, whereas a Scandinavian language is an advantage
Eligibility to work on a permanent full-time basis both weekdays, evenings and weekends
