As Store Operation Specialist you will be part of the Central Store Operations team. You will work together to set the direction on how we operate in the physical store, making it possible for us to create a truly customer focused organization.
The role
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best possible experience for our customers and colleagues, and as a Store Operations Specialist, you play a key role in making this happen. Together with the team you will release the full potential on how to operate within the physical store through supporting & enabling Regions & Central Functions to deliver a seamless shopping experience in the physical store. You are part of the strategy to deliver a consistent commercial and operational level in physical store while driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Key responsibilities also include:
Optimise Efficiency:
Provide functional input & expertise to optimise store efficiency and minimise workload across the brand
Ensure store workload capacity supports our overall customer centric ambitions across all store formats
Enable and Support:
Support Regions in achieving their store operational strategy
Work cross functionally to maximize benefit realization of digital solutions in the physical store, driving and implementing strategies on a wide scale
Drive Results:
Use your expert knowledge of the physical store to identify and act upon gaps and opportunities relating to Physical retail, always taking an Omni approach
Lead effectively in change to help build our future Store Operations
Accountable to deliver measurable results within your assigned areas
We believe that you have a desire to put the customer first and your experience and achievements clearly demonstrate this. Your profound knowledge and deep understanding of the needs of our physical Store Operations is an essential attribute.
In addition to matching the profile we also seek the following qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years within a Country Role strongly connected to Store
Operations, such as Area Manager, Controller, Store Operations Manager
A strong commercial sense, extensive retail interest and solid understanding of the benefits in application of Store Operations best practice
The ability to set and implementing strategies on a wide scale
A good analytical ability and experience in solving complex problems
The ability to influence decision makers & manage stakeholders to deliver success
A good understanding of Business Tech product development from ideation to release
Strong written and verbal English communication/presentation skills
