Our concept store in Hägersten, Stockholm has need for a dedicated Store Person who can participate in sales and transactions on the floor, promote the brand, and actively engage with the customers. In the store we work with sales and exposure of all 24MX/XLmoto and Sledstore products. Our product portfolio is very broad, we got everything from phone cases for your handlebar to pistons. We sell and produce products that are innovative, user friendly, and have a clean first class design and quality. We strive to maintain a high standard of service to our customers so that they get a complete experience of our products in the store. Our goal is that the customers should leave our store with the right product for their purpose and feel that it’s easy and right to use, but mainly safe and secure. That’s why it is important for you to be outwards, and always put the customer into focus.

We want you to have a burning interest in motorsports and to work for a first class company together with an amazing team. The team you will be working with consists of active petrolhead enthusiasts that always keeps the throttle open both on and off work.

Purpose

The Store Person reports directly to the Store Manager. This position is responsible for duties such as, but not limited to maximizing sales, cashiering, stocking, cleaning and monitoring products. The Store Person provides excellent customer service and assists in maintaining excellent daily store conditions.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues
- Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, and offering help locating additional items, when needed
- Perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions while following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store manager
- Supporting opening and closing store activities
