Store Supervisor - Göteborg

We are looking for a Supervisor that will be a part of our team in Stockholm. Your responsibility will be having an overview of our processes with the store pickers and riders. This will also include packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Supervisor you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one that has an overview of the processes by making sure it runs smoothly and that our customers orders are accurate and fresh! You will work in close collaboration with our Store Manager and work hands-on with our picker and rider process. The role is set to be part time.

Some of the things you’ll handle 🤓

You will be supervising our pickers and riders.
Help onboarding of new pickers and riders.
Responsibility for the accuracy in both item-level as freshness of pick and packing the orders sent to our customers.
Not scared to jump on a bike if the rider team needs it.
You will pack & deliver orders to the customer.
You will supervise & develop the team together with the Store Manager.


We believe that you ✅

Previous experience in similar environments such as. Retail/Warehouse/Groceries.
Hands-on mentality and detail oriented.
A fast-paced environment does not detract from your quality of work.
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
