We offer you We offer an exciting role in the fast-evolving retail sector, within Kappahl group function Sales department. As a Store system owner at Kappahl, you will be an important part of the technical transformation of our retail stores and developing the customer experience to the next level through a technical and digital perspective.
As a Store system owner your main area of responsibility is to be an overall system owner of for example Dynamics. The system owner has the overall responsibility for ensuring that the system works well within the organization and that it meets the needs of today and tomorrow. The system owner works in close cooperation with the users, the IT organization and IT suppliers.
From identify retail development need this role continuously develop and improve Kappahl´s stores and omni customer experience through insights, innovation, data evaluation, an agile mindset and a tight co-operation with our stores and IT department. You identify business potentials and work proactively to identify and recommend strategic and tactical actions that promote positive development within Retail. Your goal is to contribute to increased sales, operational efficiency in stores, strengthened destinations, strengthened customer experience and satisfaction in Kappahl Group´s store network. You, develop, test and implement the work in close cooperation with IT and store operations and hand over to stores when stability is achieved.
Your profile You keep up with the changes and trends of the outside world and are good at interpreting and transferring what you see to improvements in customer experience and retail. You have relevant education, or you have acquired equivalent skills from your work experience. Your experience from store operations in retail, technical interest and skills entails a capacity to easily adapt a customer centric mindset through project leading. You are fluent in both English and Swedish.
You are an action-, business- and system oriented individual, with communicative skills and are stimulated by working and collaborating at a high pace in a large organization. At the same time, you have an unpretentious attitude and are good at organizing and structuring you own work based on current conditions, business goals and schedules.
