WHO YOU ARE
As a Storyteller, we believe you have extensive knowledge of how to determine the creative vision of a brand/company. • Proven advanced training in creative writing and journalism
• 5+ years of both external and internal communication experience
• Demonstrable writing skills with a strong portfolio
• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge within creating content that is optimized for SEO
• Preferred: knowledge of IKEA brand, our Tone of Voice, culture and values

Some of your main responsibilities include:
• Make the story come alive in a wide range of analogue and digital touchpoints, internally and externally - ranging from our co-worker communications channels to our external facing press room and campaigns.

• Secure development of high-level creativity, working together with other internal creatives in the team and other functions
• Create and maintain relationships with external consultants, managing the opportunities for collaboration and streamlining their use to optimise existing resources.
• Actively push for improvement of content creation, based on trends in communication and the late developments within the communication field
• Work in close collaboration with team members, as well as creatives within other functions, promoting alignment and securing consistency in messages and stories created across the organisation
