Workshop – The consumer experience agency is the largest and leading retail agency in the Nordics. We run our business across the entire of Northern Europe with offices across the Nordics, Benelux and Paris. Workshop is now looking for a Strategic Account Lead! As a Strategic Account Lead at Workshop you act as our primary interface towards our clients with the objective to secure quality, innovation and efficiency in all our deliveries to the client. In this position you will be working with one of the most well known tech brands in the world. 

Your main focus will be to provide our clients and account teams with impeccable leadership and business and market expertise. Your ability to analyse data, discover compelling insights and develop strategies and action plans to achieve goals will be crucial in this role. As a person you are agile, have a solution-oriented mind-set and is truly a people person with high energy.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and direct the client, through building strong relationships and creating the conditions and opportunities to up-sell our company’s services and additional products
• Manage the client through the full customer lifecycle, from initial on-boarding, scoping to successful maturity and growth
• Regularly share expertise with your account team to support continuous learning and improvement and collaboratively work effectively with and across other departments, especially the data & insights team
• Defining KPIs for and together with your client, ensuring that they are met and fast take action when needed
• Create reports to our clients with clear actionable recommendations based on the data and insight
• Motivate, build and lead the account team towards greatness

When it comes to your strengths, passions and prior experiences, you should have;


• 3-5 years consultancy experience is a must
• Deep understanding of sales, business and marketing e.g. what type of actions or market activities that drives sales and how to impact these
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
• Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Entrepreneurial with the ability to turn a great idea into a real business opportunity
• Excellent people, project and time management skills including former experience in leadership
• A strong communicator and a team player
• Solution-oriented mind-set and thrive in a fast-moving business environment
• Strong skills in MS Office/G-suite
• Fluent in English

Placement: Stockholm
Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement
