Out from ABB strategy we are now seeking for a Strategic Account Manager focusing on ABB portfolio to selected customer. The opportunity in this role is to understand the full potential of our technology in combination with the customers challenges to remain competitive on a global market.
The Strategic Account Manager will be part of the Industrial Automation, Process Industries division in Sweden and you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the ABB account strategy for the business. You will coordinate sales activities, while maintaining a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
Taking initiative in developing sales strategies for key accounts and leading the continuous implementation of the defined strategy.
Creating added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g. development of frame agreements).
Ensuring achievement of agreed sales targets and margins with a structured follow up and reporting process.
Establishing and developing strategic individual relationships based on a defined strategy and act as focal point for problem resolution.
Developing, maintaining and sharing detailed knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, business drivers, economic trends, and competition.
Identifying and prioritizing opportunities.
Driving Top Management meetings.
Holding responsible for fulfilling KPI targets and be well known within the customers organization.
Coordinating the use of internal or external resources (e.g. technical, advertising, and marketing) to increase ABB’s market awareness and influence customers at all levels.

Your background
A Bachelor or Master´s Degree in a technical discipline completed by commercial training.
Experience in industry, especially in sales of electrification and automation solutions.
Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.
Knowledge and experience of Sales Force.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Swedish and in English.
