ABOUT THE POSITION 

In this position you are part of a newly established department with the goal of being Benify’s forum for development of the organization, business and processes. The department is responsible for creating strategic important processes and finding creative solutions for how to further develop our organization internally and towards clients.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Strategic process development
• Business development
• Business support
• Organizational development


More concretely, this includes work tasks such as:

• Being responsible for solutions for our demos.
• Assisting with sales requests and other inquiries from the sales team.
• Conducting competitive analysis for large cases in our international markets.
• Investigating how to successfully measure the efficiency of how we work towards our customers.
• Streamlining established procedures and processes (LEAN).
• Collaborating with various functions in all markets we operate in, such as Sales, Client Relations, Project Management, Country Management etc.
• Come up with new innovative ideas on how to improve or develop further our business and organization.


You work in a dynamic and creative environment and have a central and vital role, much like a spider in a web. If you enjoy variation in your daily work, this is the ultimate position for you! During one week you get to shift your focus between projects of various character and you will talk to co-workers all around Europe. You can demonstrate clear results and make an impact on Benify’s continuous growth. You will gain a broad product knowledge and a good insight to our company and the different functions. As the department develop further, you will in a long term perspective be able to venture into more specialized areas.



WHO ARE YOU? 

We are looking for a positive, outgoing and creative soul with a passion for business and process development. You love to work with many projects simultaneously and enjoy being the natural interface towards your co-workers located in all markets we operate in.

Knowledge and skills requested:

• Academic education, preferably within engineering or economics & management.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience of working with organizational or process development is preferable but not required.
• Ability to come up with innovative and creative ideas and solutions.
• First-rate interpersonal skills.
• Ability to easily “connect the dots” within our organization.
• Good presentation and pedagogical skills in order to explain your ideas to co-workers and clients.
• Structure and efficiency. Experience of LEAN is preferred but not required.
• Strong drive and stamina in order to follow through with projects. 
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• IT interest and strong computer skills (you should be excellent in Excel and PowerPoint)
