About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Business Partner with strong communication skills to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our strategy, collaborating closely with the E.ON group. Together with our motivated and experienced team, you will shape our strategy focusing on capacity, availability, sustainability, and customer relations, as well as driving digitalization and cultural transformation initiatives.
As a Strategic Business Partner, you will facilitate the execution of our strategy across our business units. You will provide fresh perspectives, conduct detailed strategic analyses, and organize strategy workshops. You will take ownership of the strategy process within your units and lead cross-divisional strategy projects.
Your responsibilities will also include shaping the strategic and political positioning of the company, advising our Leadership Team with strategic insights and recommendations, and supporting senior management with your expert knowledge. You will present project results and recommendations to top management, develop and evaluate strategic initiatives guiding E.ON Energidistribution, and ensure high-quality work while mentoring colleagues and project teams.

About you that we want to hire
For you to have the best opportunities to succeed in the role, we hope that you have demonstrable affinity with, and knowledge of the energy transition and energy networks. You probably have university degree preferably in business administration, economics, strategic management or engineering (or similar). If you can easily follow technical discussion, bring working experience in project management or strategy, and are motivated to enable energy transition with us, this position is a great fit.
As a person, we would like you to have very good project management skills and the ability to independently own and drive projects/modules/work packages within bigger teams. You probably have excellent problem-solving skills and confidence to apply common strategy tools as well as the ability to understand and assimilate complex topics quickly.
If you also have strong skills in analyzing market changes affecting the businesses, deriving options for action, and presenting them to top management then you fit perfectly for the role!
You speak and write fluent Swedish and English and have no problem working in an international environment. Furthermore, you are a strong relationship builder and communicator.
