Reporting – Directly reporting to Head of Sales Nordics/Baltics/CEE Telia Carrier
I am Patrik Andreasson, heading up the sales team in Nordic, Baltics and Central Eastern Europe. We belong to an international sales team in Telia Carrier, which provides wholesale and enterprise communications services in North America, Europe and Asia. We are a highly professional sales team and we now need to grow with an additional team member. I am therefore pleased to announce the opening of a new position within our Nordic Data Sales team. Telia Carrier has developed a successful partnership with Telia Company providing global network solutions to some of the largest enterprise brands in the Nordic region. For this particular role we are looking for a person who can join us in our Channel Enterprise Team supporting the account managers in ensuring that we give the Telia operating companies (primarily Telia Sverige and Telia Finland) optimal abilities to be competitive in their enterprise markets for international connectivity. In this role you would work together with the account managers helping them with quote preparation, order handling and pricing for the full portfolio of services. This is a key role for someone aspiring to a future career in sales in a global organization.
Summary of Key Qualifications:
Experience independently managing the end to end sales process in CRM (Salesforce preferred) • Some understanding of Enterprise connectivity products (Cloud Connect, Wavelength, SD-WAN, IP-VPN, Layer 2 Ethernet, DIA, Managed CPE) • Ability to collaborate with internal resources (Solution Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, Pricing Desk) to competitively position Telia Carrier services • Support the sales activity (“Sell Through” and “Sell With”) through dedicated partner (Telia Company) for Nordic Enterprise sales • Data entry and data quality assurance • Relationship Building • Indirect Sales Process • Partner Management • Good Communication Skills • Fluent in English
Day to Day Tasks:
Together with the Account Managers own the end to end data entry and management within CRM (Sales Force) for logging opportunities, pricing validation, proposal development, order entry of closed/won orders, changes, and revenue assurance for accurate invoicing based on clean data.
Own the process of correcting data entry issues with knowledge leaders within Telia Carrier.
Take ownerships and manage renewals, upgrades & changes for existing services sold through partner.
Support Account Managers with return of RFP responses to partner in a professional and timely manner enabling partner best opportunity to prepare a comprehensive and competitive offer to end customer.
Provide support to partner with day-to-day activities including offer management, price negotiations, sales reporting and forecasting Develop relationship with partner (Telia Company) commercial team supporting Nordic Enterprise sales to global MNC customers.
Through partner gain understanding of requirements for end customers in order to propose best and most competitive Telia Carrier solutions as part of partner offering to end customer.
Work together with Telia Company and the Telia Carrier Account Managers to support the build and execution of the sales funnel with shared visibility and regular meetings to align on progress.
Responsible to support the quarterly Revenue and Sales Quota bearing targets.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of presales, sales, post delivery systems & data integrity or an individual with a strong aspiration to a future career in sales and willing to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate key functions to meet partner and customer needs.
Basic Product knowledge, Salesforce skills, and ability to follow Processes.
3+ years of prior telecommunications experience in a sales or sales support role (Enterprise experience preferred) or an individual with an exceptional drive to compensate for lack of experience.
Fluent in English
