Would you like to work for an expanding company operating in an exciting, modern and growing line of business? We are now looking for a new member of the Strategic Purchasing team within Swegon. The position is based at our site in Kvänum.

Job description
As a Strategic Buyer, you develop, validate, communicate and implement a category specific sourcing strategy that delivers a competitive advantage to the business. You will be fully responsible for optimizing the total cost in a number of categories and develop the suppliers to support Swegon’s journey to a world class Supply Chain. You will also have a lot of interaction with our colleagues around the world. The position will be placed in Kvänum.

Your profile
To succeed in this position we believe you are self-driven and see challenges as opportunities. You are customer focused with a strong business acumen. You have an University degree in engineering or business administration and strategic purchasing experience from a manufacturing environment.

To succeed in this role you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle many issues/projects in parallel. Since you will have a lot of interaction with people around the world it is important that you are fluent in English (written and spoken) with great communication skills in general.
