Kvalifikationer
- University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience from working in an international company, or experience in working with one or more different cultures
- Experience in Procurement and Supplier compliance
- Experience in Strategic Procurement
- Basic understanding of/interest in the health care industry.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Tactical and strategic business understanding
- Collaborative working and open communication style
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Other languages is a bonus
- MS Office & ContractPodAi (legal platform)

Job Description
We are now looking for a Strategic Buyer on the behalf of our client!

Description of duties:
- Ensure supplier has the capacity to support requirements.
- Responsible for implementation of Master data and system updates as needed.
- Lead or assist in contract/commercial negotiations under supervision from senior team members.
- Initiate/be involved in New vendor process.
- Follow up on our forecasts and commitments towards the suppliers.
- Manage supplier performance and Compliance to policies.
- Manage contract approval and signing process.
- Create Business Case Report and other reports as required.
- Under the supervision and guidance of the team create necessary templates and documents.
- Facilitate and participate in external (supplier) communications.
- Manage internal communications.
- Data analysis as requested, i.e. financial analysis.
- Manage policy and process.
- Follow up on ours and suppliers’ compliance against our policies and processes through audits and/or surveys.
- Responsible for continuous update on international standards, regulations and internal policies.
- Negotiate pricing and other terms and conditions as delegated by Procurement Manager.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
40h/week. The position is expected to start 2023-01-02 and is expected to run until 2023-06-30, with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Malmö.
