Challenge description:
Volvo Penta Marine Business Unit is committed to become “the world leader in sustainable power solutions at sea”. We are inspired by this vision that will affect everything we do and how we do it with.
We need you who want to be part of this great journey and want to lead the change program focusing on preparing our Engine Sales & Service Market, business partners (dealers) and our customers.
The focus for the program will cover the following areas:
Communication & change management, Sales and sales process, Application, New services, Parts, Service & technical support, Competence development, Dealer training, Organization, Business models, Contracts and conditions.
As program leader, you will be responsible of the program, inspire and challenge the organization, secure a hands-on transformation plan & execution as well as coordinate activities and plans with other functions in the company and implement a strong change management approach.

Street smart pathfinder, dedicated to coach and motivate the organization into the “how” of change with a lean and pragmatic approach
Passionate and people centric change agent, You are a person who loves to encourage people to try new ways of working and the ability to package the why, what and when of change into a clear and compelling message. You make people get on board for new ideas
Hands-on collaborator with ability to engage and align many contributors, comfortable working in flexible team constellations and managing stake holders with different needs
Make-it-happen attitude type of person, and you have perseverance to make sure change happens
We believe the successful candidate brings relevant experience from some of the following
Project management, program management and/or management consulting
Operational development – strategic and hands-on
Organizational change and transformation management
Business model transformation from product to service
Developing and launching new offers on an immature market
