Our Exciting Opportunity
Within Ericsson’s BTEB SMB Solutions team, you would be responsible for leading the Pre and Post Sales engagements with our CSP partners in MELA and MMEA regions selling Wireless Office (WO). Role requires knowledge of Ericsson's Wireless Office solution encompassing compute, storage, software applications, disaster recovery & backup, security, regulatory compliance and unified communications. Working in partnership with the existing Customer Units (CUs), you will carry quota for the WO platform sales for your market areas. The role will formulate and execute a WO sales strategy within the assigned Communications Service Providers (CSPs), drive revenue growth by penetrating the current CSP customer base and developed new CSP customers in the enterprise space. This role will work both inside of large existing CSP accounts as well as prospect seek to build new relationships in a set of named accounts within our CSP customers. To establish a distributed team of sales engagement managers to partner with CUs in MELA and MMEA regions to implement WO sales strategy, drive engagement with CSP customers on WO portfolio and enable WO revenue growth through value argumentation of WO solution with CSPs towards CSPs end enterprise and SMB customers.
You will work closely with current CSP customers and prospective CSP customers and the CU teams to drive both pre-sales engagement and post sales enablement/scaling of revenue. You will collaborate with CSP customers on the WO platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their customer base. You will
Lead the Wireless Office pre-sales engagement and post-sales enablement in conjunction with CUs in MELA and MMEA, to scale revenue of Wireless Office
Drive sales enablement with key strategic CSPs upon contract signature
Develop a team of Engagement Managers passionate about growing WO sales through named CSP accounts
Support the account teams in direct customer dialogues, providing superior experience & knowledge of Ericsson technology & offerings within the Wireless Office portfolio.
Secure understanding of competition, market situation, etc. building on in-depth knowledge & understanding of the customer & market dynamics.
Ensure that Ericsson is perceived as a technology leader & that our solutions (end-to-end) provide added value compared to the competition by being a trusted advisor to key decision makers with our customers.
Manage a virtual team of supporting CSR(s), CFR, domains and BA resources as needed to drive value and win business with new and existing customers.
Develop value propositions, Go-to-market models, technology solutions (together with CSRs) and own pricing for your solution area. Drive deals to closure
Build customer-centric proposals & solutions that uniquely address customer business objectives.
Partner with customer unit sales and channel providers to explore needs, engage the customer, and translate found opportunities into detailed technical offering and proposals.
Forecast and exceed an annual sales quota for you and team.
To be successful in the role you must have
A minimum 10 years in Sales/Sales support, Technology, Solutions, and/or product management experience in the telecoms industry.
Bachelors/Master’s degree in a technology field
A track record of effective leadership, including people leadership skills for sales and support resources
A robust network across Ericsson’s CUs and BAs with deep knowledge of Ericsson sales processes
A track record of effective leadership (working across organizations and projects).
Consultative Selling Skills, proficient across engagement models
Product engagement, Managed Services engagement, Services engagement
Excellent presentations, communication, listening skills, and ability to influence at an Executive/Senior Level.
Proven ability to close deals
4+ years selling software/SaaS with outstanding quota attainment history and track record
