HR business partners collaborate with Senior Management to ensure that their organisations deliver value to stakeholders by defining and delivering competitive strategies. They help shape the business strategy, conduct organisational diagnoses to determine which capabilities are most critical, design and deliver HR practices to accomplish strategy, coach business leaders according to our values and manage the strategy development process.
The HR business partner offers expertise in developing strategies rather than implementing policies. They steer the HR department’s objectives and ensure that it aligns with the organisation’s overall business strategy, which is a long-term goal. They act as an internal HR consultant who is responsible for building relationships and setting parameters for HR decisions.
· Acts as a trusted advisor to Senior Managers on all people matters, from strategy to implementation of best practice through HR solutions.
· Works closely with Senior Management to improve work relations, live according to our brand values, and increase productivity and retention.
· Acts as a first point of contact, understand organizational priorities and deliver on business and HR goals in alignment with strategic goals.
· Member of the regional/functional Leadership Team
· Designing robust succession pipeline and supporting the talent management for the entire organization/prepare and facilitate people day with Senior Management
· Leads and implements high quality HR process standards across countries & organization
· Focuses on functional KPIs for performance management and change management
· Guides local HR Partners to deliver state of the art HR processes
· Drives and leads Executive and Senior Management Recruiting activities
· Manages complex employee relations issues
· Defines and coordinates required leadership training activities
· Support for Senior Management to implement and drive Individual Development Plans of a defined employee group
Experiance
Experienced HR professional with an extensive HR background from roles such as HR Manager/HR Leadership positions. Minimum bachelor’s degree within Human Resources. Fluent English in both speaking and writing, since you will have stakeholders across Europe.
Skills
Agile mindset with a big focus on organizational development. Ability to spot opportunities and threats. A systematic and holistic approach. High level of leadership skills, communication skills and strong presentation skills.
