Strategic HR Business Partner within logistic services

Do you have qualified experience working for a global company implementing and executing HR strategies, policies and support managers? Experis Finance is looking to hire a senior HR Business Partner to our global customer within logistics services in Gothenburg.
The assignment starts in January 2017 and runs until end of August 2017.

You primary assignment as HR Business Partner is being a member in one of the Logistics Services' Global Function management teams as the HR representative. Your main task will be to take lead in implementing and communicating the global HR processes as well as participating in delivering organizational goals for your Global Function. Responsibilities also include driving global coordination for at least one of the global HR processes

Your responsibilities

* Translate business strategy and objectives into goals, plans and tactics that are aligned with business imperatives.
* Develop and execute on action plans, following the HR strategies, policies and activity roadmaps decided for Human Resources.
* Demonstrate strategic business knowledge and strong relationships to be able to integrate and align HR plans with the purpose to achieve overall business objectives.
* Support the managers in the implementation of strategies and policies regarding Compensation & Benefits, Labor and Employee relations, Competence management and development, Talent management, Workforce planning, Performance Management and HR related communication.
* Take the lead in identifying HR related issues that have impact on business strategy and develop innovative solutions and activities to address these issues.
* Utilize thorough knowledge current applicable regional labor laws, employment laws and experience in coaching managers through complex employee relations situations.

Your Competencies

To perform this assignment successfully you need to have extensive documented experience in Human Resources in a global organization with great business understanding and knowledge about challenges in an international environment. Further you have former managerial experience and strong labor management skills.

You are highly skilled in coaching and facilitation, as well as having a good understanding of interpersonal relations and organizational development. By demonstrating a high and solid level in different leadership competencies for the leading business level, you will be an inspiring and inclusive leader as well as an active team member.
