Strategic HR Manager

The HR organization supports Development & Engineering (D&E) at Tetra Pak.D&E is the companies' global development unit with locations in Sweden, Italy, Germany, the US and China, responsible for product and machine development of the Tetra Pak packaging portfolio.This position in our HR team acts as main HR speaking partner to key parts of the business, securing that strategic HR priorities of D&E are effectively met.

The focus for this position is to:

- Define and drive strategic and operative HR initiatives/projects together with the business unit(s), either crossover in the D&E organization or org-specific initiatives of strategic impact to D&E.
- Act as prime interface between Human Resources and Business stakeholders, to secure long term value added initiatives and support from HR
- Effectively drive, control, resource allocation and implementation of various projects.



Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate has obtained a university degree including HR/Behaviour Science in combination with more than 5 years of experience within Human Resources.Prior experience from strategic change management activities, strong business understanding and international exposure is required.Knowledge of an engineering organisation is merited to understand the complexity of this position.

You are able to act as a key interface between business and HR, and possess very strong communication and interaction skills, including fluency in written and spoken English
Your work will involve a lot of contacts and it is essential that you make use of your informal authority, and actively contributes as team player in various constellations.You also have the ability to handle ambiguity while taking initiatives and propose solutions and actions.This position is based in Lund, Sweden and will require some travelling to other locations.
