The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing Sales and Marketing team at BioLamina. The Strategic Marketing Manager will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and other departments to drive market intelligence and product marketing for our commercial market segments. This position plays a critical role in conducting market research, forecasting market trends, identifying opportunities and threats, and developing go-to-market strategies for our products. A deep understanding of stem cell research, clinical research, and regenerative medicine is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide strategic recommendations on how to capitalize on new opportunities.
Collaborate with the CCO to define strategic growth goals and objectives for the department.
Lead regular market strategy meetings to support the development of business plans for the growth of products in the target market.
Track and evaluate the performance and impact of Marketing and Sales strategies using data-driven insights; report on key metrics to determine progress in meeting goals.
Work closely with Sales and interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather customer feedback for market insight projects and identify marketing opportunities.
Product Marketing:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and marketing collaterals in collaboration with product management and scientific marketing teams.
Create engaging marketing materials with compelling product pitches together with the scientific marketing team.
Propose, develop, and monitor the performance of marketing channels and campaigns for existing and new products and applications.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communication (MarCom) activities.
Participate in trainings and educational efforts for sales & distributors.
Attend conferences and events to promote the knowledge of laminins and collect information to understand customer needs.
Maintain and update the CRM database of customers, prospects, and activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in strategic marketing, preferably within the life sciences industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science subject related to stem cell research, clinical research, or regenerative medicine.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and functions.
Experience with digital marketing and CRM systems is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
