Working tasks Klarna's journey is continuing. During the spring of 2010 we expanded to Norway, Holland and Germany. We will also be launching new services and expanding into new countries within the near future. We work hard and love what we do, without ever compromising on quality or failing to meet the demands we face. However, we also want to keep up our commitment in the markets that we are already strong in, such as Norway, Finland and Denmark. That is why we need you as Nordic Market coordinator. You will be a part of Klarna's marketing department were you are responsible for communication towards the Norwegian, Finnish and Danish markets. You will be working within a team of international coordinators and will be given specific areas of responsibility whilst also working with separate projects. Among other things, your role will involve: * Working in a matrix structure with other strategic roles in the department (B2C & B2B) to improve the conceptualisation of the Nordic market offering. * Market analysis - consumer insight, benchmarks, client (e-store) analysis. Creating to-dos from the analysis will be essential. * Providing a local angle - develop insights into each of the Nordic markets and cooperating closely with the sales teams and local offices. * Working with small details as well as broader strategies. * Communication towards both consumers and companies. * Responsibility for the day to day dealing with the communication bureaus Klarna cooperates with. We want you to succeed in your position and the resources you consider necessary to do so will be available to you. The work assignments will lead to rapid professional development and will lead to you having a central role in developing Klarna's Nordic offering. Requirements We are looking for a dedicated teamplayer who wants to grow in a fast-paced environment and who is able to take over responsibilty. You have a business related degree with a focus on marketing as well as a passionate interest for strategic communication and are looking for a role in which you can grow. You likely have at least three years experience of working with strategic communication, although you may have just graduated, assuming that you acquired relevant work experience throughout your studies. Finally, you are looking for a company with rapid growth where you don't hesitate to work both hard and fast, delivering high quality results quickly. You speak English and either Norwegian or Finnish at a fluent or near fluent level. You are business minded with a decisive mindset. Your reasoning should be analytical and structured, you should also be able to easily describe your ideas and results in ways which are easy to understand.
