About this opportunity
Welcome to the Business Development Coordination team, part of the Strategy & Commercial Insight unit within the Business Banking COO. The Business Development Coordination team is responsible for ensuring the alignment of business development activities towards our strategy and then driving the delivery of key business development initiatives. Our business is change so expect a dynamic environment with a good amount of variety and opportunities to learn and grow, all the while impacting the future of Business Banking. 
What you will be doing: 
* Being the lead project manager for key business development initiatives within Business Banking and driving these solutions from conception to implementation
* Supporting in Business Banking strategy development
* Acting as a sparring partner for COO leadership
* Representing Business Banking in wider Nordea transformation initiatives

 You’ll join a international team of ambitious professionals that are always willing to offer support, sparring, feedback and sharing best practices with you across the Nordics. The role is based in Stockholm or Helsinki.

* Possess strong business acumen and the ability to create plans and link them to business outcomes
* Are an expert in senior stakeholder management and the facilitation of decision making
* Possess an analytical and data driven mindset
* Are a strong team player that can lead, motivate and inspire team members through a high level of energy, a positive attitude and sharing knowledge
* Have a strong drive for personal development 

Your experience and background: 
* Several years experience within a leading management consulting firm or comparable strategy/ business development experience
* Proven ability to lead the delivery of complex cross-functional projects
* Strong core consulting-style toolbox including; problem solving, quantitative analytics, teamwork, structured storytelling & communication and workshop facilitation
* Senior presence and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
* Experience in financial services is meriting
* Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
