What will you do?

As a Strategic Procurement Analyst you will be coordinating and supporting the Procurement organization, as well as the Procurement management team, with spend analysis, market trend- and risk analyses, coach supplier management coordination et.c. Scope cover both DM and IDP procurement.

- Cooperate with the strategic and operational organizations in business case evaluations, commercial scenario construction and transparency evaluations. Additionally Support teams and stakeholders with volume scenario analyses.
- Material cost optimization and cross functional alignment to ensure multi-diciplinary concurrence.
- Micro and Macro business intelligence (omvärldsanalys)
- Supplier Choice and decision fora administration and planning, including follow-up that the necessary preparation has been done by the buyer and stakeholder community.
- Organize and facilitate events and workshops, both internal and external.
- Performance follow-up, KPI monitoring, leading the creation of report out and communication.
- Evaluate and research new possibilities and trends to challenge the organization to elevate performance and resilience.
- Coordinate and support category teams in finding opportunities of standardization.


Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have a bachelor's degree in business equivalent working experience.

- 3-5 years’ experience working as Procurement Controller or similar, data- and market analysis.


- Experience from visualizing and leveraging from commodity management, including using digital tools.
- Experience from procurement, as well as experience from, and interest in, industry and production.
- Experience from automotive and participation in operational development/leading a projects or product development etc.


- Self-driven and creative with experience of driving improvements and skilled in creating requirements, visualizing business needs and giving presentations
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the complete procurement process and category management
- Positive and energetic mindset
- Good financial understanding of businesses and high sense of business acumen.
- Structured, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge/experience/interest is an advantage
- Good communication skills and fluent in English - networking mentality.
- Ability to independent drive and complete tasks
- Solution oriented, analytical, driven, ability to see improvement in the day-to-day business.
