On behalf of the client, we are looking for you who have the right qualifications, experience and personality for this assignment.Assignment
Your main tasks are:
- Leading spend analysis
- Business case evaluations
- Material cost optimization - cross functional alignments
- Category tree optimization/visualization
- Micro and Macro business intelligence (omvärldsanalys)
- Volume scenario analysis
- Supplier Choice and Global council administration
- Spend Analysis DM and IDP
- Business case evaluations
- Organizing events/workshops internal/external
- Project management and follow-up
- KPI follow up regularly with Category managers, identify needs for support. Giving data and analysis as input to reach KPIs such as cost optimization etc.
- Contribute with input and output regarding working processes and decisions for PMT and buyers to reach our set KPIs
- Supporting Commodity Business plan development
- Performance and KPI-monitoring. Creation of report out and communication – making sure its up to date.
- Facilitate, prepare and follow up for SCM meetings and cases

 Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or similar.
- Self-driven and creative with experience of driving improvements and Skilled in creating requirements, visualizing business needs and giving presentations
- Technical knowledge/experience/interest is an advantage
- Good communication skills and fluent in English.
- Excellent excel and Power BI skills
- Automotive experience is meritorious
- At least 2 years of work experience in the classified area
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- High IT maturity and experienced user of Office 365
