Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson Sweden is looking for a hardworking Cloud RAN Customer Support Strategic Product Manager for the Cloud RAN Customer Support portfolio.
We believe that the right candidate for this position will enjoy working in an organization with Services Strategic Product Managers and interact with HW/SW Strategic Product Managers, Technical Leaders, Accounts, and Customers.
The position is responsible for Customer Support portfolio being ready for Cloud RAN; prioritizing requirements, making judgement calls on Services offerings and crucial for the transition to new Cloud Native Technology supporting the new Cloud RAN paradigm.
Customer Support SW Support Portfolio Unit is responsible to ensure a highly competitive Customer Support Portfolio and service readiness based on SW development roadmap, MA needs and market trends
The position will report to Head of Customer Support Software Support Portfolio.
You will
Define, drive, and take a highly competitive Customer Support portfolio for Cloud RAN to the market
Run solution roadmaps, backlogs and lifecycle activities
Engage with customers and collaborate with Product Line Cloud for roadmap planning, transformation planning & scoping and sales support
Together with Offering Evolution, Commercial Management and Cloud RAN Product Line define business models, pricing models, solutioning methodology, profitability and revenue
Ensure service/solution business, delivery and competence readiness
To be successful in the role you have
Shown experience in the Telecom, preferable Radio Access Network domain: 5 years of experience. Cloud environment experience is meritorious
Demonstrated experience in software and services product management
Experiences from Dev-Ops business (CI/CD, AI, ML)
Consistent track record in building and taking services and/or products to market in the Telecom industry
Strong cloud telecom core domain expertise.
Other Qualifiers & Attributes
Significant customer-facing experience
Strong business insight
Excellent communication and presentation expertise
Strategic mentality with ability to span into tactical as needed
Result oriented & Commercial thinking
Ability to work in an agile, dynamic environment.
Educational Qualifications
Academic degree: Master of Science complemented with MBA or equivalent
