About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Strategic Product Manager to join our team, are you the person who wants to take the opportunity to craft the future of technology?
In this role, you will own the full life cycle of some Network Deployment tools supporting automation and digitalization in the Intelligent Deployment process. You will join Ericsson Site Digital Twin and play a key role in supporting process automation and optimization for Digitalization and collaborate closely with neighbouring Service Area Networks organizations as well as Network R&D and Market Areas.

What you will do
Work closely with Market Areas to gain business insights and collect feedback and requirements
Proactively propose and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct analysis, learning, and research to stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies.
Work on Automation of procedure workflow to improve operational efficiency
Build Cases and Value argumentations
Track budget and forecast spend
Act as a product manager in line with SAFe methodology & processes
Work closely with portfolio and architects as a contributor to an e2e solution
Delivering results and meeting Market Area expectations and strategic objectives


You will bring
Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent training/experience.
Solid experience in Product Management, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and management
Demonstrated understanding (and ability): of SW product development, marketing, sales support and service delivery
Experience in SAFe methodology and processes is a plus
Strong Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
Excellent performing and communicating skills, with the ability to engage with customer C-suite.
Relating and networking
Ability to make informed decisions and initiate action.
Resilience in coping with pressures and setbacks.
Genuine curiosity about/knowledge of business management
Genuine curiosity about product architecture and technology
Full proficiency in English
