Strategic Product Owner

About this opportunity
Solutions is a unit in Solution Area Core Networks established to strengthen a network wide focus having accountability for the 5G Core System evolution. We will drive technology evolution plans, define network capabilities and Target Solutions with objective to simplify global deployments of 5G systems for mobile broadband, enterprise and critically important services. Through our mission we contribute to Ericsson having the most competitive 5G offering on the market.

We are now searching for an energizing, empathic and fact-based Strategic Product Owner to the Solutions development program.

What you will do
You will lead 5G Core Solution strategy and evolution together with the other leading roles in the program.
Drive solution asset growth and improvements to secure total cost of ownership optimizations.
Be the prime interface towards market areas and key customer units for securing business driven solution development content.
Work together with other development- and solution programs within BDGS for alignment of strategic content.


You will bring
Previous experience from R&D in a leading position.
Collaborative and informal mentoring skills to handle stakeholders from engineering to executive level across Business Areas.
Fact-based decision style with ability to select the essentials and take courageous decisions.
Senior product owner or management experience with energizing leadership style, recognized by curiosity, empathy and decisiveness.
Excellent technical understanding of BCSS and Ericsson 5G related offerings.
