Share your passion for strategic projects!
We are looking for a Strategic Project Coordinator who likes to work in an international environment and who would like to be highly involved in the implementation of the next generation of Customer Support problem resolution processes and digital customer journey.
As Strategic Project Coordinator, you will support the project manager in the implementation of strategically important projects in the Northern Europe region. You will also work with the transformation of the digital customer journey by being responsible for Customer Support topics in the digital channels. The role is in the Customer Support Strategy and Business development team.
What awaits you
Project support for digital rollout of next generation of Customer Care in the Nordics. Supporting the project manager on topics like, but not limited to:
• Business case preparation
• Process descriptions
• Training preparation and market adaption
• Communication with stakeholders
Digital customer journey for Customer support:
• Interface and speaking partner to product department regarding digital features
• Responsible for Customer support and aftersales content in My BMW/MINI App and the BMW Shop
• Supporting on digital transformation, like service videos and contactless service
What should you bring along?
• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• Working experience within the automotive sector is a plus but not a must
• Preferably experience with process development, project- and/or product management
• Good problem-solving ability
• Analytical and technical skills, internet native
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
• The ability to work under pressure
• Flexible mindset with the ability to work independently as well as with a team, on multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills (dialogue with dealers, colleagues & other stakeholders)
• One Scandinavian language in addition to English (fluent in both verbal and written form)
• Microsoft Office

Further information
The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts.
This is a long-term consultancy placement for initially one year, and you will be hired by Jurek.
