We are looking for an experienced and strategically skilled Project Manager who loves to guide – and challenge – their clients and project teams. You are someone who naturally enjoys juggling several things at once and get a kick out of closing deals. Most importantly, you are a great team player and strive to always get the most out of yourself and your team members.
What you will be doing
Working on 1-3 client accounts independently
Identify and realize long-term business opportunities for your clients
Ensuring all parts of your projects (from strategy, idea, execution and activation) work seamlessly together
Be a strategic advisor to our clients, and set the strategic direction for your projects - sometimes together with a strategist, sometimes alone
Conveying clients' needs to the Radon team and being part of finding the best solutions
Working with clients on a day-to-day basis by, for example, setting project-specific budgets and/or time plans and handling feedback rounds
Building proposals and taking part in pitching for both new and pre-existing clients
Who you are
You love hanging out with clients and guiding them in strategic decision making
You are multifaceted, you have a great understanding of business, a strategic mindset and a creative feel
You've spent at least 4 years working as a strategic project manager or planner at a communications agency (or similar)
You understand the entire campaign process, from strategy to activation, and you know what it takes to succeed
You have great instincts – especially when it comes to separating good from outstanding
You have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English – and are a Keynote wizard
You have a can-do, positive attitude and enjoy seeing hard work and creativity pay off at the end of the day
