Job Description
As a Project Manager you will develop the strategy and lead the implementation of global marketing communications projects targeting women. One very important part of the Project Manager role is to lead, motivate and align the project team to deliver the best possible results. The project team can consist of between 4-15 team members, and you have the responsibility to allocate and prioritize tasks between team members and make strategic decisions to find the best way to deliver on business and marketing KPI’s. If an external creative agency is contracted for a project, you are the main contact and responsible to make sure they deliver upon the assignment. You will report to the Account Manager (Department Manager) and work closely with the Head of Marketing Communications .
As Project Manager key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Validate internal briefs to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget
Develop insights-driven activity strategies together with project resources
Ensure all project deliverables (strategies, concepts, content, etc) deliver on set goals and KPIs
Allocate resources and distribute/prioritize work between team members
Lead, inform, motivate, and align project team to deliver on shared goals
Empower and inspire team to challenge the status quo and create innovative solutions
Participate in sourcing and negotiations of creative talent and services
Learn a lot, make an impact, have fun
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have a creative personality with interest in fashion, brand development and communications. You have a customer first-perspective and have no problem challenging conventions and breaking boundaries. Apart from courage and energy, this role requires diplomacy but also a natural ability to both prioritize and make decisions. You never forget to involve, anchor and communicate with your fellow team members and stake holders.
Besides your personality we see that you have:
Extended experience from senior project management and strategic work, preferably from an advertising agency
Experience and/or a great interest in the fashion and/or lifestyle, industry
Solid strategic understanding of all disciplines of marketing and communications
Experience of, and interest, in the digital and social media landscape
Experience of setting and following up on project budgets
Knowledge of setting and following up KPI’s to demonstrate return of investment
Experienced in leading, motivating and aligning cross-functional teams
Experience and ability to manage senior stakeholders
Ability to communicate vision and strategy
Good understanding and knowledge of PR is meriting
