In order to satisfy the continuously growing demand on the Purchasing organization we are now looking for a new driven Strategic Purchaser. As Strategic Purchaser at Axis you will be contributed the main responsibility for a number of our sourced products. This means being in charge of the day to day planning for purchasing within your area of responsibility. You will also be expected to participate in projects within your field and in special projects with the purpose to evaluate inside purchasing. Axis believes in a close relationship between purchaser and supplier. Therefore there will be some traveling for relationship maintenance with current suppliers. Main activities: .Responsible for some of our sourced products .Responsible for one of our contract manufacturer .Day to day planning for purchasing within this area .Participate in projects within the responsible area .Special projects for evaluation inside purchasing .Working closely with suppliers We are looking for a person who has following background: .A master degree in industrial economy and marketing or similar .Experience of international purchasing .Experience of production .Some electronic background .Good experience of ERP system .Very strong interpersonal and teamwork skills .Excellent skills in written and spoken English.
