Strategic Purchaser with Category responsibility

We are looking for a business driven Strategic Purchaser that have experience of executing and deliver results, enjoys leading sourcing activities and interacting with stakeholders and suppliers.

Your role

You will be responsible for executing a wide range of sourcing projects within Indirect material & Services at Group Procurement. In your role you will also be responsible of categories, supplier relationship management and contracts.

The main tasks are:

* Set, develop and execute sub category strategies
* Perform and lead sourcing projects
* Responsible of Supplier Governance and Contracts
* Deliver performance improvements, compliance and cost reduction
* Lead collaboration and communication with cross functional teams
* Place purchase orders and enable efficient digital solutions within P2P

Your profile

Required skills:

Relevant University degree, or equivalent job experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

What you will be a part of

Group Procurement supports all Business Areas in Sweden with their Procurement needs within Indirect material and Services. We handle a current total annual spend of ~6 billion SEK giving us a strong customer position.

The team you will join consists primarily of buyers and experts within areas such as Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Procure to Pay, Legal, Business analysis, PM&T (Processes Methods & Tools) and Business Solution Management.



You will work with 32 experienced colleagues, whereas 20 located in Linköping.

Furthermore, we are in a strong ongoing digitalization journey and in a next generation platform (Hansa) enabling efficient ways of working, stakeholder and supplier interaction, master data analysis and fact-based decisions.
