One of the world's leading suppliers of telecom radio transmission equipment is looking for new Sourcing and supply chain professionals - both junior and senior team members, and senior team managers.[ The Sourcing division within the company has the world-wide responsibility for managing the entire direct, third party product and indirect spend in a professional and competitive way. [In order to reinforce the division's international telecom sourcing capabilities, they are now looking for new strategic sourcing professionals to form a part of their Third Party Product (3PP) Global Commodity Team. Working tasks The work will e.g. include the management of various sourcing and procurement processes, evaluation of suppliers, negotiations with suppliers, contract drafting and finalization, management of suppliers and contracts during term of agreement, supplier benchmarking, low cost country sourcing, new supplier identification, supplier base development, qualification etc. on an international level.[The sourcing/supply chain professionals will be based in Stockholm (Sweden) but will be required to be present in Bergen on a regular basis. Education / Experience Have worked in an international business environment for at least 5 - 10 years (Seniors) or recently finished a relevant University-degree or have 1-3 years of working experience (Juniors).[[ Speaks and writes business and contractual English fluently Personality You are business, action and result oriented,[analytical, flexible and[[willing to travel on a global basis.
