Strategic Sourcing Manager IT SW

About this opportunity!
We are now looking for IT SW Strategic Sourcing Manager with background in Network Functions and Applications to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive edge by improving supplier value, proactively managing business risks and supplying to the creation of value for the Customer.
The SSM is accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services:
to be delivered to Customers as part of or as an Ericsson product or service
for internal use within Ericsson.

The SSM and/or the Supplier Relationship Manager are responsible for all commercial relationship with suppliers.

What you will do
Lead, prepare & implement the RFx process
Evaluate and select suppliers
Conduct supplier negotiation
Ensure supplier agreement implementation
Contribute to the long term business


You will bring
Education: Bsc in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
Min years of experience: 5 years in Regional Sourcing, 2+ years in Global IT Sourcing is preferred
Domain experience: Strategic Sourcing and Category Management for SW, preferred in Network Functions and Applications. Good knowledge of Cloud, BSS, OSS Ericsson Portfolio.
