Job description
As Strategic Supply Manager you will be responsible for the strategic purchasing of components within selected commodities for projects and production.Important tasks are such as negotiate and follow through purchasing framework agreements.You will maintain and develop excellent working relationships with both internal customers and suppliers.Your duties will also be to manage the supplier approval process for your allocated commodities, and to be responsible over the supplier base of these commodities.You will also be willing to actively participate in purchasing improvement activities.The position is based in Växjö full time and permanent and will require some overseas travel.

Requirements
You have a high-level technical or commercial education and at least 5 years relevant operational or strategic purchasing experience in an industrial environment.You are looking for a new challenge, results orientated, customer focussed, proactive and an excellent communicator.You also have excellent negotiation skills and good contractual awareness.Fluent English is essential, as we work in an international environment.
