Danx Carousel Group is pursuing an aggressive decarbonisation strategy for its Europe-wide express transportation and delivery networks in line with EU rules and UN Climate Agreements from 2015. To support this challenge, we are seeking an experienced logistics manager to accurately map, measure, analyse and help reduce our use of fossil fuels in our business activities across Europe.
We are searching for candidates with experience from the network delivery industry who have an ownership and analytical mindset, who are commercially driven, think critically and can suggest corrections and improvements in the current strategy through data informed conclusions, as well as are agile, eager to understand a complex business and most importantly meet deadlines and standards demanded by customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
Map, control, and audit models for capturing CO2e emissions.
Accurately establish key data points for the mapping and measuring of CO2e end-end.
Collaborate with network managers in different countries.
Data integrity checks and process automation.
Timely submission of data sets to 3rd party carbon accountant (monthly).
Liaison with carbon accountant for app development and optimization.
Developing data processes and analysis for operational application.
Notify company’s 3rd party auditor for certification of accuracy and compliance reports.
Forecasting CO2 reduction of proposed operational initiatives in national markets.
Provide forecasting guidance to country managers in line with group decarbonisation strategy.
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential
3+ years in Logistics activities.
3 years’ experience with Business Sustainability Management.
Qlik, Power Bi and Excel mastery.
Understanding the trends and opportunities of decarbonisation of transportation.
Fluent English in speech and writing.
Desired
Master’s degree in international management/business strategy.
Willingness to travel and meet customers across Europe.
Expertise
Knowledge of GHG Protocol, CSRD, GLEC, ISO 14064 or 14083 and other sustainability related standards.

Practical information:
Start: As soon as possible with a preference to start no later than 1 May, 2024.
Employment contract: Permanent with initial probationary period
Extent: Full-time.
Location: Gothenburg Office (Orrekulla Industrigata 26, Hisings Kärra)
