Do you want to work with PostNord's strategic targets and development of new, flexible automation solutions for package management throughout the Nordic region?
Be a part of our team
As a Strategic Developer, you will be responsible for developing the PostNord production platform. This means to build strategies for increased automation and to plan and set the requirements for development projects, as well as to secure implementation, in close cooperation with other parts of the organization.
Your role will be to identify areas where new types of automation could replace or improve today's solutions. You are also expected to drive procurements of bigger and smaller solutions for automation and hold together tests of new technology in the Nordics. As you will work very close to the Sourcing department, both with existing key suppliers in the technology area and with identifying new, you should have experience of Supplier Relationship Management. You need to be able to travel approximately 40 travel days per year and will be based in Stockholm.
You have what it takes
We want you to have a university degree in Engineering or equivalent and approximately 10 years of experience. Experience with industrial automation solutions, preferably with a focus on physical robot automation, is a requirement.
You have excellent analytical skills and a firm understanding of technology. A motivator for you is to work with strategical as well as tactical issues on the boundaries between technology and business. As a person you are a structured and communicative, driven by challenges and complex deliveries. You are not afraid of taking the lead, but at the same time you are a very good team player. Applicants need to have very good skills in English, and to be fluent in a nordic language both in speech and in writing are of advantage.
