A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
· Contribute with inputs and expertise to develop the strategic workforce planning capability at Ingka and drive its implementation in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure the right mix of talent, technologies, and employment models to reach our goals at Ingka Group.
· Proactively partner with the different business, functions and transformation areas, leveraging internal and external data, trends, analytics and insights to assess current gaps, forecast future needs at medium and long-term, and model future scenarios to accurately identify and prioritize talent risks and opportunities from today to 1-5 years.
· Support the development and maintenance of the strategy on how to close current and future gaps by building, buying and borrowing talents; collaborating with business stakeholders, providing insights based on analysis of existing data and leading initiatives on demand.
· Drive the implementation and update of the end-to-end company-wide methodology for strategic workforce management, including tools, frameworks and technology solution(s), where needed
· Consolidate portfolio of global initiatives arising from Strategic Workforce Planning exercises, and drive their implementation
· Inform, train and engage P&C, business, and functional stakeholders at all levels as partners throughout this journey to scale workforce planning and help leaders guide Ingka’s future talent investments across the business and organizations
