Assist customers with the growth of their digital businesses. Facilitates workshops with the management team/management forum make strategic recommendations and transform the project into priority activities with the project. Connect to the municipality's long-term digital vision and break it down into priority actions per semester to be a driving force in the customer's long-term digital roadmap.
The strategist is also in charge of deciding on, managing, and managing the project's resources.
