About the role

Quinyx’s Corporate Strategy and Execution Group is a growing team that partners with and supports Quinyx’s COO and CEO in scoping and delivering strategic projects, and responding to ad-hoc requests from the C-level/Executive team.

In the last couple of years, the team has delivered some of Quinyx’s largest and most transformational projects, including a major technology transition and the recent fundraise at a 5bn SEK valuation.

As a Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting a wide range of projects and initiatives. Reporting to the manager of the Corporate Strategy and Execution Group, you will gain significant exposure to Quinyx’s management team and build experience from working with some of the most important business topics for Quinyx.

The role requires significant analytical and synthesis skills and a capacity to rapidly generate insights and recommendations based on a wide variety of internal and external business information and data.

What you’ll be doing:

Work across departments and geographies to gather and analyze data to inform business decisions;

Provide hands-on support and coordination to enable the delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives and goals;

Draft and prepare presentation material to Quinyx leadership team and the board of directors;

Strategic planning - co-ordinating input to strategy development and discussions;

Perform your work in direct exposure to the senior executive team.

What you’ll bring to the team:

A few years of experience in a similar role;

Analytical, problem-solving skills and capacity to process high volumes of complex information and synthesize key themes and issues;

Experience in Google Sheets/ Excel (e.g. manipulation, analysis, and visualization of data);

Excellent skills in creating presentations and presenting effectively, including a high level of proficiency in Google Slides/ Powerpoint;

Work collaboratively and effectively with people across levels and geographies;

Communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally and in writing to senior management.

The WOW-factor

Experience from management consulting, and/or in-house strategy development or corporate development, ideally in a SaaS company;

You speak more languages than English;

Project management skills and understanding of how to collaborate with senior management;

Experience in using analytics and business intelligence tools;

Understanding M&A-related activities such as commercial due diligence and/or integrations would be a plus.
