About the role
This is your opportunity to become part of a very experienced strategy team that aims to drive the sustainable energy transition in Sweden! We are looking for a junior colleague to complement our team.
In the strategy team you will meet an appreciative working atmosphere in which mutual trust, responsibility and respect play a decisive role. You will work in a modern and healthy work environment with a high degree of flexibility through flexible working hours and home office. A diver’s team in which mutual support is a matter of course.
You will be responsible for taking ownership of the political positioning process and working closely with senior strategists, the political affairs team, and the department.
You will also prepare strategic reports for the leadership team and group management, providing valuable insights and information to support decision-making. Additionally, you will assist the strategy manager with administrative and organizational tasks, such as planning team offsites and strategy events, as well as preparing strategy documents and presentations.

We’re looking for:
- a demonstrable affinity with, and basic kn
owledge of the energy transition and energy networks
- a bachelors or master’s degree preferably in business administration, economics, strategic management, engineering or similar
- excellent skills, in teamwork and communication and stakeholder management both in Swedish and English
- an analytical strength with strong problem-solving skills and a structured way-of-working
- project management skills and the ability to independently
- first working experience in project management or strategy is a plus
You speak and write fluent English/Swedish and have no problem working in an international environment.
