Strategy Analyst Intern

About the role:

As a Strategy Analyst intern, you will have the opportunity to have a major impact on our business through contributing in several strategically important areas throughout the course of the internship. More specifically, you will work closely with the Performance Management-team and leaders in the Sales Organization to: 

* Create analyses & insights for CXO-level stakeholders to understand trends and enable fact-based decisions
* Create analyses and reports to enable day-to-day performance management processes & fact based coaching in the Sales Organization
* Participate in cross-functional projects related to commercial processes & performance

The work will involve creating complex excel models to aid in design of various initiatives, as well as producing supporting documentation (PowerPoint presentations etc.). 

Candidate profile

* Strong academic track record, preferably from a business or engineering university program
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills, preferably with proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail and ability to produce reliable analysis which holds up under scrutiny
* Business- & solution oriented mindset and good at "getting things done"
* Comfortable with rapid change and transformation, even with short notice
* Ambitious in goal setting and career – wants to grow and is curious by nature
* Fluency in English
* Fluency in Swedish preferred but not mandatory
