- Influence and execute the strategy for Group Cards, driving our transformation efforts.

- Lead initiatives, projects, and programs that bring real change to our business, often collaborating with senior decision-makers.

- Contribute to program plans and business cases, ensuring tangible results for our operations and profitability.

- Support and/or lead the planning and follow-up of Group Cards’ development portfolio.

- Support and/or lead activities and analyses related to mergers & acquisitions.

- Conduct follow-ups, efficient management reporting and maintain a structure for our deliveries.

- Take on diverse tasks, from strategic analyses and workshops to report writing.

- Ensure that Group Cards aligns with the broader Swedbank Group.

What is needed in this role:

- Relevant academic background and 3-7+ years of work experience, ideally Management Consulting or equivalent.

- Track record of successfully driving strategic projects and programs.

- Strong analytical abilities and experience with relevant models and frameworks.

- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Swedish and English proficiency.

- MS Office proficiency, primarily PowerPoint and Excel.

- Previous experience in the financial sector and banking is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.

- Collaborative spirit and commitment to team collaboration.
