Services Product and Portfolio Management Organization is responsible for driving service product portfolio roadmap, overall strategy for Services organization.


What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving analysis to support decision making on strategy deployment and portfolio management, including competitive intelligence, customer insights, industry trends and pulsing of key initiatives. You will lead deep dive analysis - for example - growth opportunity analysis, profitability and productivity understanding, competitor intelligence, sales forecast and quality performance to enable data based, reasoned business decisions for the service category in a timely, insightful way. Specifically, you will


1. Create and run processes to systematically capture competitor/customer/industry/technology insights.
2. Ensure progress on the strategy with VMS/KPIs and lead the periodic KPI & KMI reporting to identified stakeholders.
3. Maintain portfolio roadmap together with portfolio manager, and
4. Help product managers understand and explain value proposition to fit with the overall portfolio strategy
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. For example, you will create and run an insights network with clusters and engage with counterparts from other businesses.


Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lot of energy, autonomy, strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time and under pressure. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. Furthermore, you are business oriented and have the ability to manage stakeholders. To be successful in this position you have good experience within strategy planning, including understanding of the tools and concepts used in strategy framing. Previous work experience is a plus. You probably have a University degree in Business, and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
